Measuring your lawn may seem like a daunting task, but it is relatively simple. You just need to break the area down into simple shapes such as squares, rectangles, circles, triangles, etc. Once you have sectioned the area, then you can just use simple geometric calculations to work out the total area. Your end goal is to know the total size of the area in square metres.
